Didnt hear Santa last night-guess one visit was all all need those years back..makes you wonder how those stories swell up...Found this last night. Its a mall in MO that fell apart. I once worked with a father and daughter that were billionaires. They actually made the second largest bid on the Trade Towers before they were sold and chopped down. Guess how they made their billions? They built places like this mall all over the country-bought and sold. It works like this, convince retailers that if they make your overhead youve worked out for them, that the retailer will take on an enigma and sales will cover the resources they lay out to sell in big places. But theres a secret we knew. No matter what, to cover overhead costs, both mall owners and retailers must increase prices and class of retailer until finally consumers cant make the sales needed to sustain the malls. Its only even a matter of time until both the malls and the retail franchises are sold to other investors, and then the cycle perpetuates. What business were we working together at?
