Diesel Fitter (Underground) Independence Group invites applications from Diesel Fitters (Underground) with industry experience to join our Jaguar Operation. This role reports directly to the Underground Maintenance Foreman and will offer the successful applicant the kind of Company and role that they have been hoping to find. If you: •Are a qualified Diesel Fitter with Underground experience gained in similar roles; •Have previous experience with Sandvik Drills and Loaders, CAT Loaders and ancillary equipment; •Have the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance activities and experience working with heavy underground equipment; •Have strong fault finding and diagnostic skills (essential) and solid technical skills backed up by a strong practical background; •Have strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business; •Have strong housekeeping ethics and compliance to work area cleanliness; •Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement; •Have the desire to work in a small productive team and demonstrate a high regard for the safety of yourself and your team; and •Hold a current Australian drivers licence.
