Diesel is a smart, gentle, and very handsome 4 year old bay quarter horse. We do not have papers. He stands at about 16hh and stout. Barefoot with good hard feet. He has 2 scars on his legs(we bought him that way) and has never affected him. Completely sound and sane, and can go in any direction. Great disposition, full of personality, gets along with other horses. He has been on countless trail rides, ridden by kids and beginners, moves off seat and leg pressure, neck reins, picks up both leads, nice quick stops, has had a rope swung off him, played around on barrels for fun here and there, has done a little jumping, basically a little of everything. He loads, hauls, ties, clips, bathes and stands for farrier with no issues. He has not been ridden consiatantly in the last few months, due to hectic work schedule and could use a refresher. This boy is too young, and too smart to be sitting. He has lots of potential and will make someone a very reliable and trustworthy horse. Only reason for sale is he is my husbands horse that we had bought as a roping prospect and due to his work schedule he just no longer has the time that Diesel deserves. I will be working with him until he sells and price may increase.
