Diet Your diet should consist of Proteins, fats and carbs. Proteins and carbohydrates both have 4 calories per gram of food. Fat is 9 calories per gram. Proteins should be lean meats such as, grass fed beef, free range chickens, fish, wild game like deer, elk etc. Other sources are eggs, nuts, seeds, legumes and beans. Fats come from meat and also nuts, seeds, Omega 3 supplement and fish. Carbohydrates should be a mix of Vegetables, fruit and berries organic of course.
