Diet (final 2 weeks) Week 9 (Monday-Sunday), 5am: 55g of Whey Isolate & 5g Gluatmine & 3 Thermopure tablets (Morning Client & morning Cardio) 7.30am: 40g Oats & Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) 10.00am: Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) & Green Veg (handful) 12.00am Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) & Green Veg (handful) 2pm:Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) & Green Veg (handful) 3.15pm: (Weights & Cardio) 4.45pm: post workout shake (55g Whey Isolate ,25g Dextrose, 5g Lucine, 5g Gluatmine) 5.45pm: Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) & Green Veg (handful) 8pm: Turkey Mince Burgers (250g) & Green Veg (handful) & ZMA (zinc, magnesium & vitamin B6) Approx Dailey Intake: 2070kcals Protein: 400g Carbs: 50g Fats: 30g #Cardio will be split over 1 hour on a morning & 30 mins post weights which will be moderate intensity in order to hit my fat burning zone #BCAA will be drank Throughout the full day. # 6 litres of water a day until Saturday & Sunday when water intake increase to 8 litres and then finally increase to 10 litres on Monday for my final week. # 4000mg of vitamin C tablets a day. (Helps to strip excess water from the system) PLEASE DO NOT THINK THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE DIET FOR AN AVERAGE PERSON, THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE WITH THE CORRECT HELP AND ADVICE AND WOULD ONLY BE SUSTAINED FOR A SHORT SPACE OF TIME AS CONTINUING TO PARTICIPATE IN A DIET OF THIS NATURE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME COULD BE DETRIMENTAL TO A PERSON HEALTH.
