Diet for week second -As soon as u wake up- 2 Glasses of tulsi leave water( 5 tulsi in 2 glasses of water n 5 Soaked almonds n 1 kali mirch. At 9 am -1 Toast brown bread .11:30- one fruit 1:30Pm- 2 brown bread sandwich with paneer filling or egg white.5:00Pm- 1 cup milk or seperate tea with biscuits Marie or ragi .7:30pm-Salad n 1 bran chapati with 1 vegetable u can eat channa ,rajma,curry in this week. 8:00Pm- one fruit
