Diet should be a simple daily plan. Eat natrual or close to natrual as possible foods, whole wheat , eggs, lean grass feed meats, farm milk, fruits and veges..lots of them..water and more water..this is so simple to do but in todays world we have a over abundance of choices and most are terrible for us. We are so undisciplined that we can,t say no..We eat the worst fake processed foods that we have no real idea of what eating well can do for us..mentally and physically.
