Different World Records a Lagos based Label are currently looking to fill the following roles: 1)Administrator The role of Administrator will involve organising and providing administrative support for events such as concerts, gigs or tours, and sometimes helping to organise and promote them. The work is very varied and there is often a chance to become involved in ad hoc projects, such as helping to organise a music event or helping to set up an online campaign to promote an artist or the record label. Key skills - Ability to multitask and overseeing efficient working and success of the organisation. - Ensuring it abides by legal and ethical regulations. I -Ensuring that the day to day business of the company is conducted effectively and all the necessary administrative tasks are done. -Experience with working in the arts and some knowledge of the music industry, experience within the Gospel sector will be a plus.. -Must be flexible and have excellent organisational and IT skills, -Must posses meticulous attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Renumeration: Negotiable Degree level applicants in a related field 2) Assistant Admistrator An excellent way into the music business and can offer a good opportunity for networking and building up contacts, as well as offering music industry experience. What we require: -experience with working in the arts and some knowledge of the music industry -good organisational and IT skills, the ability to work on their own and within a team -a knowledge of a number of office software packages -Social media adept (instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Keek, etc) -Well spoken -meticulous attention to detail and be able to work under pressure -Good customer care skills are also important.
