Digital Motor Claims Administrator Introduction A position at Auckland Park (Digital Assessment) exists as Digital Motor Moderator. • To ensure the most appropriate and effective motor vehicle repair cost and process is approved on selected Digital Motor claims • To increase and enhance Digital Motor Assessor skills and to identify and approve the most effective repair cost and process as well as guiding assessors with negotiation skill Minimum Requirements Qualification: · Technikon Diploma e.g. MBR qualification or relevant equivalent Recommendation: · Audatex/ Abuntex certification Experience: · 5 - 8 years Motor Body Repair (MBR) experience or relevant equivalent · Must be computer literate · Ability to work under pressure · Good communication skills (verbal & written) · Reasoning skills · Good knowledge of motor industry environment Job Specification · Quality and quantity of digital photos · Validity of assessment on a digital basis · Negotiate the most appropriate repair process at the best possible repair cost · Validity of additional repair cost approval (work in progress) · Provide guidance and assistance to assessors regarding technical repairs · Evaluate and approve the assessment type within mandate. I.e.
