Dilly Beans 3 LB Green Beans 21/2 Cup Vinegar 21/2Cups Water 4TBSP Pickling Salt 5Med Cloves Garlic 5TSP Dill Seed 5 TSP Red Chili Flakes Prepare a boiling water bath for 5 jars. Wash and trip beans so they fit in jars. Combine water salt and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pack your bean jar with beans, 1 garlic clove 1 tsp dill seed and 1tsp red chili flakes. Slowly pour your salt mixture over beans leave 1/2 inch for head space. After all jars are full use a chopstick to work out the bubbles. Wipe rims and apply rims and lids and process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes. After the bath make sure lids are tight let set one week before using.
