Dinky Paul Drinkwater, My friend, Your friend,Our friend I had the pleasure of his company yesterday I saw him up at Heartlands prior to him starting his chemo you can guess what he was like,laughing and joking & scaring the life out of some Asian lad for a cigarette lol, Im gonna get straight to the point we are talking about one of Chelmsley Woods finest, a diamond of a man who over many years has helped a great many people especially the kids, many of us have a story to tell about Dinky, Ive been involved in numerous fund raisers he himself has arranged in a nutshell he has given a lot of his time and energy over the years to help the community, so Im kinda thinking its time we helped him and his family, I know we have the Lord mayors ball next Friday at The Greenwood, but I am arranging my own fund raiser, its not a night out or anything like that, Im basically looking for 50 like minded people to put a £100 in the pot my aim is to raise five grand and I intend to do it, I already have five people asking me to include them and I havent made it public till now, I did speak to Dinky first before taking the step of putting it on FB , so can I ask all my FB friends to pm me with pledges. I can come collect it however you want to do it and if £100 is a bit steep I will take a nifty (thats what Dinky would say lol) so can all of you please share and re-post this post for me, thanks for you time
