Dinner Post: What are you doing for dinner tonight? I am making ricotta cavatelli by hand, then a topping of roasted pumpkin, sage, toasted pepitas and brown butter with garlic. We are also having a light bibb salad with tangerine dressing and tangerine slices. Our heat went out!!! Our neighbor is a HVAC specialist and came to check it out. We need a new unit for the downstairs. Upstairs is fine. Fortunately it is not THAT cold. We have the fireplace going and tonight I am going to clean the oven. I have been waiting for it to get cold to do that. ;-) No time like the present.
