Dinner Specials Thursday July 17th: Red Curry Mussels 13 blue mussels cooked in a spicy red curry with tomato, onion, white wine, garlic, and fresh thyme. Deviled Eggs 2 Hardboiled eggs cut in half and mixed with mayo, mustard, cilantro, shallots, green onion, with a hint of sriracha and paprika. Topped with guacamole. Cherry Salad Fresh cherries cut in half and sprinkled with sugar, topped with brie cheese and torched. Finished with chopped up bacon. Chopped kale Cesar Chopped fresh kale tossed in a homemade Cesar dressing and topped with hard-boiled egg and parmesan cheese Burger Burger grilled and topped with glazed ham, lettuce, pico, gorgonzola, and finished with sriracha and our housemade special sauce. Served with fries. Pistachio Encrusted Salmon Pistachio Encrusted Salmon seared and baked; served with succotash salsa and wild rice.
