Beer Battered Oyster Wrap ~ in bacon with horseradish plum tomato sauce over old bay french fries. Pork Shank Osso Buco ~ with red wine brown sauce over mushroom risotto. Bake Oven Flounder Filet ~ stuffed with spinach and crab meat. Topped with sundried lemon cream sauce over mashed potatoes. Apps: Seafood Cakes ~ served over black bean corn salsa. Topped with garlic yogurt sauce. Eggplant Rollatini ~ roasted and stuffed with red pepper basil and ricotta cheese. Served with plum tomato sauce. Sauteed Shrimp and Chorizo ~ with lemon caper sauce over sauteed spinach. And our soup of the day is mushroom bisque!
