Dinner at the Lion of Ginza beer hall in Ginza, Tokyo. The guy who takes your order is not the guy who brings the food. In fact, you seldom see the same waiter twice. They take your order and send it electronically and then any available waiter brings it when it is ready. Classic Japanese efficiency, but with German beer hall music for atmosphere. The tile work is amazing and the garlic bread is out of this world!
