Dinner for my 20m10d: Roast honey orange chicken and radish & beetroot soup with mixed grains rice I was tired and kind of moody this afternoon. So, I made something that needs the least effort. I just marinated the half chicken with orange juice for about 3-4 hours while it was defrosting at room temperature. I then rub two tbsp honey on the chicken and dash of rosemary. I also cut some potatoes and carrot, lie them on the baking pan before putting the chicken on it. Bake for 30 minutes under 180 degree celcius and 15 minutes under 150 degree celcius. Soup recipe, as per my post this afternoon (same soup) I gave her wing and she was happy to suck/lick my drumstick bone too! She finished all rice served including the two radish from the soup.
