Dinner for some special friends at chez Sheila. Slow-roasted garlic chicken with red potatoes rosemary. Prior to the main course I served some spicy meat balls with portobello mushrooms and garlic (lots of garlic for the garlic lovers!) and what I didnt take a picture of was the steam asparagus and red papaya-avocado salad with water chestnuts, green apple and fresh basil. Yummy accompaniment for the meat-laden fare. I had two growing boys with big appetites. They finished everything. Ha!
