Dinner ideas Creamy lemon Chicken 2 whole boneless and skinless chicken breast , sliced 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1/3 cup chopped green onions 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp minced garlic Juice from 2 lemons Basil Aioli: 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic 1 teaspoon olive oil Dash salt To prepare chicken, mix basil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic, pepper, green onions and butter in bowl,add chicken and coat. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken to pan; cook about 6 minutes on each side or until done. While chicken cooks, prepare aioli. Whisk all ingredients in bowl and Serve with chicken.
