Dinner is served with a lot of LOVE! Tonight! Total cooking time including prep 56 minutes!!!! Marinade aside 3 hours! Organic heaven! A bed of steamed simple red chard in veg broth, topped with my favorite Farrotto creation of fresh shitaki & shallots sautéed in coconut oil, coconut milk and nooch aka nutritional yeast, medium cracked black pepper, Ume vinegar (salty), creamy Farrotto (rissotto replaced with the whole grain) cut in, julienned orange holland bell pepper, with hardy slices of coconut aminos and rosemary marinated, almond crusted tempeh roast, and a sinful helping of fresh baked candied yams, raw cane sugar, cinnamon, and coconut oil! This dish is not for the calorie counters but it sure is nutritious and dang deelish!
