Dinner specials for the Edwardsville location for Saturday, June 15th: Linguine tossed in a dill & caper brown butter with tomatoes, shallots, Halibut, Swordfish and MahiMahi then garnished with reduced balsamic. White wine-poached Flounder topped with a Lobster, parmesean and herb stuffing, also with brown butter, then served with a bacon, shallot & spinach basmatti rice. Smoked Salmon & jumbo lump crab-stuffed Filet topped with a cracked pepper & dill aioli then served with a smoked gouda & thyme potato cake and also served with roasted cauliflower.
