Dinner tonight at home: Roasted boneless leg of lamb (seasoned w/rosemary, thyme, and oregano) slivers of garlic inserted into the raw lamb. Pasta salad w/chopped red peppers, fresh basil, greek olives, artichoke hearts, capers with a lemon/olive oil/red vinegar dressing. Fresh corn on the cob, olive ciabatta rolls. Dessert: fresh strawberries with homemade whipped cream. Yum. No special occasion, just felt like cooking. My hubbie raves about anything I prepare right down to meatloaf or roasted chicken.
