Dinner tonight from a very posh vegan restaurant. We travelled 30 blocks in the rain as it looked so good on their website page. It was even better! OMG! Greeted by lovely staff with a glass of water, ordered and then decided to have an organic, vegan moscato, went down very nicely. Terry had a red wine. Didnt wait too long for our feast: French onion soup, lentil rings, eggplant Parma, BLT ciabatta, southern seitan sandwich and fries. Who said you cant get decent vegan food in the US?
