Dinner tonite - fusion hara Bhara kebabs This festive season our very own Hara Bhara kebab just got a makeover ;) in my very own kitchen with a kick of homemade creamy wasabi basil and sour cream dip . It got more interesting , more flavorful, more healthier, more nuttier Do I need to say more :) Absolute fusion ... You may call it videshi chaat;) Hope u like it :) Kebabs Made with quinoa , spinach , arugula Flaxseed meal, semolina , almond meal ,rice flour, garlic , onions , herbs n spices and cashews. Sitting on the bed of lightly grilled yellow n green zucchini , red peppers sautéed in homemade cranberry balsamic reduction . Trust me.. very simple to make ,fun to assemble and taste in abundance . Made a side of fruit candy cane for my son on special request. Oh I love this holiday season!!
