Dinner was an almost embarrassing success. Erik ate his twice-baked potato like a taco and Paul had to pause after a few bites of the pork roast to savor what he called a flavor burst. Its a pleasure to cook to this kind of reaction, however barbaric or odd. I believe tonight was the first major holiday dinner the boys and I have dined alone in 17 years. Time passes and things change. Love to all on this Easter Sunday.
