Dips are an excellent way to target the back of your arms, the triceps. They can be done anywhere! A park bench, a chair, edge of the bath tub, end of the bed, even just on the floor. Here Ive chosen to make the exercise more of a challenge. How ever you choose to perform your dips just make sure it challenges you. I keep my back close to the object Im doing my dips on so that the focus is on the triceps. Defying the Impossible!
