Direct Hire Senior Manager - HR/Employee Relations/Development Innovative Talent Solutions is currently seeking a polished, professional Senior Manager for the Human Resources, Employee Relations and Development team of our rapidly growing Raleigh-based client. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of previous human resource experience with a focus on employee relations and development.
