Direct TV customer service is such a blessing. Everytime I call is an opportunity to grow my patience threshold! For real, are they back routing the call center to Pakistan? It was like she spoke the same language as me, but she did not understand any question I asked. I told her I wanted to pay the bill with card on file. I said this three times, but she would only tell me how much was due and the date to pay it. I decided I would call later and try again. When I asked her how much the fee to cancel service was she asked me WHY I WANTED THAT INFORMATION. I NEVER DID GET AN ANSWER. BUT AFTER ASKING THAT QUESTION she was more than happy to answer the previous question of what special offers were available to existing customers. The first five times I asked that one she kept coming back with an answer that did not match the question. Babel I tell you!
