Direct TV is on my mind as of yesterday... I have been on the phone with them for two days without resolve... I have a faulty box... I can not rewind when it says if you want to see beginning of movie... It buffers it and takes a bit but then when you play you can not skip commercials...Direct TV knows this issue on this particular Jeannie model... They have been working on it for a month so u was told... I pay that extra 7.99 for protection plan that they can not fix until the techs can determin how to fix it... In the meantime, they are not taking it out of inventory so every new customer that gets this box will be screwed.. So if you plan on getting service ... Direct TV, I would wait till the Jeannie problem is fixed... Needless to say with money I am paying for the stupid box, I am looking for a better service
