Director, Consumer Marketing (Miami,FL) Lead the development and execution of a consumer marketing strategy. Director will interface with all external and internal resources, identifying synergy opportunities, ensuring strategic and creative consistency across all departments and lines of business. The Director will also ensure that updated and effective sales materials are available for use both internal and externally. Responsibilities: • Support Vice President in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans targeting consumers. • Responsible for the creation of sales and marketing materials that reflect and continue to evolve the brand’s positioning and creative guidelines. • Generate initiatives that drive sampling of Company across multiple platforms in order to grow its community and core audience. • Direct the management of all properties’ marketing and planning materials for internal and external purposes (i.e. property plans, one sheets, property calendars, property strategy presentations). • Represent the Company brand and properties’ POV for any and all cross-business initiatives, ensuring strategic and creative consistency. • Liaison with all internal departments and external groups (agencies, parent companies, etc.) to secure exposure for Company, identify opportunities for synergy and maximize those opportunities. • Lead planning and execution of all consumer events. • Serve as the point person for positioning and property planning to internal and key external partners. • Direct the management of the TV marketing budget, ensuring effective and economical allocation of resources. • Supervise one Coordinator. • 5-7 years experience as a leader with excellent marketing and people management skills. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Experience working within a television network. • Able to deliver results working within a launch environment, delivering a high volume of materials on short deadlines. • Experience working with in-house resources. • Highly engaged in digital media platforms that target audience. • Solid organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot and provide creative and successful resolutions. • Consumer marketing experience including involvement in the development and implementation of major marketing/advertising initiatives. • Proven track record as a strategic and creative leader in these areas. • Bachelor’s degree required. $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 + Bonus and Benefits info@elitebrain ELITEBRAIN Exeutive Talent Agent
