A project of successful NGO, Generation Rwanda, Kepler’s pilot program in Kigali, Rwanda will pair online courses with in-person facilitation designed for the needs of students entering the global knowledge economy. Position Overview The Director of Blended Learning is the on-the-ground leader whose primary role in the pilot year is to translate Generation Rwanda’s vision of reinventing higher education in the developing world into a high functioning blended learning academic program. Position Details and Qualifications This is a full-time, paid position located in Kigali. The net salary is 1,000,000 RWF per month and health insurance is provided.
