Director of Nursing - RN (Behavioral Health) / Full-Time Diamond Healthcare Corporation / Lebanon, VA As Director of Nursing, you must have strong demonstrated leadership/management experience in an acute care setting, as well as strong knowledge of administrative and clinical systems. It is also important that you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact in a tactful and respectful manner with staff, patients, family members and visitors.
