Dirty Feet (facebook/travelwithdirtyfeet) is a young vivacious enterprise initiated by two IRMA alumnae. We work in tandem with the local communities to offer unique experiential travel opportunities for urban children in Andhra Pradesh. Wanna dirty your feet with us? Role: Rustic Travel Jockey What are we looking for: Individuals interested to work around rural communities, traditional livelihoods and lifestyles, nature and KIDS Action Points: • Travel and explore the rural heartland of the state • Design interesting travel itineraries for urban kids • Work with the local communities and organizations to bring them on board for the conduct of trips • Organize the basic amenities, logistics and other trip requirements on-site • Facilitate guided experiential trips for the kids • Promotion of Dirty Feet’s activities Attributes: Self-kicker, all weather proof, all terrain friendly with a penchant to travel independently over bumpy roads, a mix of a community worker and a rustic roadie – game for every EXPERIENCE Experience: None to any Academics: Post graduate / graduate - Any specialization A TOP-UP if you have a flair for writing, are comfortable behind the lens, love the social networks or dabble in the arts and the visual media. Lingo: Telugu, Hindi, English – MAST skills MUST. (All other Indian languages & dialects are definitely welcome on Board).
