Disability is a gift from heaven. But Mauritius is more royalist than the kingdom of the king, it is an island of discrimination, cover up, Rodeur boutte, and coward. Disability inclusive diversity reflects the good health of an organization. If we take a look within the operations, middle management and senior management of the Top 50 companies and Public Sector Institutions of Mauritius, are we really going to find 3% of DISABLED PERSONS within????????????No because the Top Management and Human Resources Management of these companies and institutions are real coward and some of these companies prefer to sponsor disgusting political parties instead of assuming their responsibilities to ensure disability inclusive accessibility at every level of their organization. In many case they have more than 700 employees including only 2 to 5 disabled persons at operational levels with no disabled at middle or senior managerial level. But they always managed to find excuses. Are the qualified disabled persons of Mauritius not enough competent to fit their organization or are their mindset too much disabled with brain barriers that are preventing them from trusting that we disabled people can perform with utmost efficiency at every level?
