Disabled Animals left out in the cold to die: I told Home Depot I - TopicsExpress

Disabled Animals left out in the cold to die: I told Home Depot I would write this statement to every news media and public forum, until I have a new stove or a stove that is working. Heres my statement: Storybook Acres is a disabled farm animal rescue, we are a 501©3. I had a wood stove for years to keep the barn warm. I purchased a pellet stove so I would not have to get up every 4 hours, to put wood in the fire. I bought it from Home Depot. 2 weeks ago the stove started making awful noises, I contacted Home Depot and the head office, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted the manufacture, (that we have a 5 year warranty). They keep telling me I need a bolt, a washer and now I have no furnace for almost 2 weeks to keep the animals warm. Not one part has shown up. They keep telling me they are sending the parts out. The animals are cold, I have one goat that is dying from lung congestion. One goat that only has one lung is now coughing. I need help getting this thing fixed or replaced.
