Disassociate yourself from negativity companionship. Dont ever listen to him/her again,each time he brings information,he ends up spoiling your mind and day. He is d first to call in the morning,with nothing meaningful to say than spreading falsehood information that increases your blood pressure adversely. Of what value is information that fails to inform but deform man? Many blessings are averted as a result of who will choose as friends and build relationship around. Psalm 1:1 says blessed is the man that walketh NOT in the counsel of the ungodly,NOR STANDETH in the way of sinners,NOR SITTETH in the seat of the scornful 2. But his delight is in the law of the LORD;and in his law doth he meditate day and night. Who u walk with,standeth with and sitteth with on a daily basis have a high significant influence on how blessed you will become........ It is just an advice, jettison bad association and relationship and find delight in the power in the words of God and learn; not to hear from man except God himself. Blessed shall yea become if you can associate rightly with godly people. Amen.
