Disembarking from the Oceania Marina tomorrow in the early am - 7-8am to be exact. So uncivilized lol... Will be in Rio for 3 more days then we begin the 24hour trek home late on Saturday/Sunday. Its been an eye opening experience filled with relaxation, great food and services and feelings of guilt (us on a luxury cruise ship vs. them in poverty stricken, beautiful countries with nothing). Its almost time to go home and that means leaving glorious 80+F temps for the chill of early winter in the West Coast. BUT that also means I get to curl up in our cozy home with my kitties! Both T and I miss the girlies terribly at this point... Its the longest we have ever been away from them and Im having pangs of jealousy that our lovely caretaker Rachel is getting their cuddles, not me. Soon fur girls, soon we will be home. :)
