Disgusted at people today. Walking through the entryway at Meijer on my way out, and a guy comes out of the bathroom. Hes kind of scraggly looking, might be down on his luck, I dont know. Had kind of a tattered jacket, worn out snow hat, and looked a bit worse for wear. Anyway, he comes out of the bathroom, looks around for a moment, and asks a lady walking out of the store next to me if she knows what time it was. She kind of sidesteps, without looking at him, and goes through the far exit at a noticeably-quicker pace. Another guy comes out a second later (Ive stopped near the exit at this time to watch this happen, after seeing the first), and the man asks this new guy if he can let him know what the time is. The second guy just smirks, makes a Theres a clock just inside the store remark, and keeps walking. I had to go over to him and let him know, myself, cause it didnt seem like anyone else was going to. He wanted to know the TIME. Not if he could have money. Not if he could bum a ride somewhere. THE FREAKING TIME. No, theres no major rant involved. But I am seriously annoyed at people in general after this event.
