Disgusting service: The new Costa coffee of Gorleston high street Norfolk - staff demand cash as using a card inconveniences them. The manager was not trained to operate a card machine... on which my card was declined twice. The manager who was serving me bellowed out in front of the whole coffee shop oooh thats embarrassing, declined twice. Do you actually have money in your account?. Your staff need lessons in customer service. Especially the managers! Never had more disgusting service in my life
