Dissabled veterans services at Groves office The Disabled American Veterans Mobile Service Office van will be located at Rep. Seth Groves office, 1954 Carlisle Road, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday. The event is to help disabled veterans learn about their rights and receive assistance with processing claims. DAV representatives will be available to answer questions. The mobile service travels across the country to help disabled veterans with counseling and assisting with applications and claims to benefits under federal, state and local laws. It helps eliminate long trips for some veterans to the National Service Offices.
