Distance between THE RICH and THE POOR Im agree, for sure, there are a lot of job opportunities in Cambodia, yet in majority of Cambodian, whether graduate or undergraduate, immigrates to work for neighbour country. WHY?? because of Salary. Within experience involve in hotel industry for a year, i can see a different so far between local life and regional life. its hard to accept such a low salary, however, there is no choice to them. they need to pay for rent room, electricity, foods and so on. What if they are sick, who will be responsible? Government ? Where the money they can take to cure their health? There is only Cambodia in region, ASIA, which has not yet set the maximum wage policy. I wonder if the ruling party has ever thought to improve their people life into an international level. And dear OWNER or EMPLOYEE, Make sure You all Can live within 80-120$ per month before offering your employers salary in such.!!
