. Distinction between cross-examinations in Civil & Criminal Trial Cases - 1. A civil Lawyer should know what questions shall compulsorily be put to any witness deposing in box against his clients case, 2. A Criminal Lawyer should know what questions shall never be put to any witness deposing in box in favour of Prosecution Case, 3. Both the Lawyers should know how to frame their questions to succeed their cases on contradictory depositions of witness spoken against Statutory and Adjudicative Law read with Evidence Act, 1872. . (Long ago, before moving to Higher Courts, for Five Years I practised in District and Sessions Courts, conducted more than 3000 Civil and Criminal Cases @ 2-3 Trials, One revision and One Appeal per day).
