Who is this Emanuel and in what capacity? This message has been circulating on whatshapp . This claim is baseless and did not emanate from the claimed quarter. More so, possibility of sighting moon in Africa is absolutely impossible neither with naked eye or with aid of telescope. The position of the supreme council for Islamic Affairs is contained in todays vanguard.
