Distribution was today and it was nice to hear a client say her dog was doing so much better now that she was receiving food from us! Originally she was feeding Beneful and we advised her of the hazards and that we did not pass out that food due to liability reasons. Today she asked what we were giving her. One of our volunteers nicely explained our process. He advised her we took high grade dry dog food and mix with lower grades to come up with a nice medium grade food. She explained her dog was more energetic, shredded less and was all around happy! It was nice to hear this and take a wonderful compliment!
