District Police Doda seized 11 Precious Stones (Neelam) from Thathri area. Sachnews Jammu Kashmir Correspondent Ali Faiz : Doda, June 26: On reliable information, Naka Party deployed at Kalnai Bridge Thathri came to know that 04 persons namely Masood Ahmed S/O Mohd Sharief Matto R/O Bathri, Nisar Ahmed S/O Abdul Rehman R/O Challar Gundoh, Ikhlaq Ahmed S/O Mohd Shafi R/o Polie, Gundoh and Dalmir S/O Abdullah Gujjar R/O Hoshyarpur Punjab are coming towards Thathri and are possessing precious stones (Neelam) Accordingly, on search, 11 pieces of precious stones recovered from the possession of Nisar Ahmed S/O Abdul Rehman R/O Challar Gundoh and Dalmir S/O Abdullah Gujjar R/O Hoshyarpur Punjab .both were arrested on spot. However, two persons managed to escape from the spot, Ali Faiz said In this regard, case FIR No. 48/2014 U/S 4/5 Sapphire Act. stands registered in Police Station Thathri, investigation taken up. Efforts are being made to arrest the absconding accused.
