Watched in horror and slow motion as Kimmies favorite rig slipped below the surface attached to a 6 foot resident nurse shark over a 45 foot ledge about 13 miles west of Johns Pass. We were 19 feet from the ledge (GPS coordinates) we fished today. Son of a b*tch! I guess the good news was we made it home safe with food for family and dogs. My home office rod rack is lonely....
