Divine Intelligence: Where is yours and how do you find it? We all have this power within us to be ageless, timeless and worriless……but how do we find this inner energy source called our DQ? It is about layers. Think of an onion---it is a good metaphor because if you have ever peeled one –you can remember that layer after layer must be removed in order to get down to the sweetest most tender part. It is also somewhat painful to peel back each layer---the tears usually flow. So the layers are your limiting beliefs, your buried emotions, your distractions -----they can all be removed, albeit sometimes painfully, to reveal the ultimate source of all needs—that place neuroscientists called Ipseity --and some people like me are crazy enough to call your inner source of infinite possibilities- God. When I think of Ipseity, I think peace, calmness, compassion and joy. I think a beautiful child’s mind untouched by restrictions and still in love with life itself. And then of course-not to bring you down—but just to show you reality also—there is that place in you that will always respond with fear and anger to anything different and new. In Mindset, we call that part of you—your False Self—because it was built from the outside in and covers up the divine part of you. No matter how many layers you have peeled back—because of the survival mechanism inside your brain, you will always have that dark side also. But even if you start crying, don’t stop peeling. Remember reaching the Core, the real true you underneath it all, is worth the effort and time spent on the peeling process! And the more you peel back and the more of your Ipseity is exposed and experienced, the more likely you will connect to the unlimited power of the God within you—your own Divine Intelligence.
