Division of Fire Needs Drivers and NAC Firefighters The Division of Fire has is in need for drivers and NAC Firefighters. There will be an additional WCT and RT-130 next week to accommodate this need. Here is the following schedule of requirements: 1. Sign up at the Division of Fire/ complete by Wednesday at 1400 (7-24-2013) a. Tribal employees need only do the first page of the application. b. AD personnel must complete the entire application and have a pictured ID and a Social Security Card c. Both must complete the driver application 2. Drug testing by Thursday (7-25-2013) a. Tribal employees are exempt from testing b. AD must complete and pay for the test $48.00 3. Work Capacity Test (7-26-2013) at 1000 a. Drivers / must walk one mile under 16 minutes (complete Health screen questionnaire) b. Firefighters / 3 mile with 45 # pack under 45 minutes / Current physical c. Camp Crew / 2 miles with 25# pack under 30 minutes/ Current Physical 4. RT-130 / Refresher Training (7-26-2013) at 1300 a. All must attend i. IS-700a ii. BIA Orientation iii.
