Division within Pakistani Ruling Class being reflected in todays session of Parliament ================================================================ It is welcome that due to resentment of masses organized under PTA and PTI leaders, following positive things are happening : 1 - the unity of Pakistani ruling class has weakened, as reflected in PPP and PML-N hot debates, divisions within PML leadership, and also within PTI leadership. 2- the disadvantaged classes have gained confidence in their class solidarity and strength. They are realizing that the ruling classs organs of coercion are not so formidable as they seemed previously, and that even thousands of heavily armed policemen can be pushed back through public solidarity. 3- Ruling class, becuz of divisions b/w them, are forced to make public each other dirty secrets. Thus the exploitative nature of the capitalist system becomes visible to the masses. In conclusion, every fight within the ruling class is welcome, and masses intervention in it, even if organized by one faction of it should also be welcomed and the left should take part in it. Becuz it has positive long and short terms results favoring the disadvantaged classes of Pakistan. Secondly lesson that i gain from it is the left in Pakistan, can not afford to remain on the sidelines and just write about conspiracy theories, but must carry out concrete materialist class analysis of political conflicts and also participate in them and engage with the masses who are on the streets even under the banner of a faction of ruling class.
