Dixon Matulula When did it become illegal to eat dog meat? which legislation outlines which foods are legal and illegal in zambia? i thought only human flesh is not allowed coz you have to kill someone. even eating feacal matter is not illegal, its upto an individual to choose what you want to eat. whether its as disgusting as vinkubala , rats , dogs, monkeys or frogs, one has the ryt to choose what to eat
