Dmitry The Shock Shakuta of Minsk, Belarus trained by Evgeni Dobrotvorski Kotelnikov won his first IKF title on January, 14th, 2000 in Minsk, Belarus, The title was the IKF Pro Muay Thai Rules Intercontinental Welterweight title which he won when he defeated Fernando Calleros of Albq. New Mexico, USA by unanimous decision. Shakuta later won the IKF Pro Muay Thai Rules Super Welterweight World title on June 29th, 2000 when he defeated Pramuenrit Sithsaeng-a- run of Thailand by KO in Novosibirsk, Russia. although still fighting, Shakutas Title was retired by trainer, Evgeni Dobrotvorski Kotelnikov, on 9-17-03 when he informed the IKF that he had moved up in weight. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dmitry_Shakuta
